Tokyo Electron is well-established global technology company with 14,000 employees. The goals for this project were to roll out a global campaign to inform and engage Tokyo Electron employees regarding company values. Messaging throughout the year would be reinforced with a branded infographic and supporting marketing materials. The concept behind this messaging is two-fold: a network of information and a circuit board.
This project will be launched via three phases: 
Phase 1: Infographic, internal webpages, video animation splash page
Phase 2: Training video which reinforces the messaging
Phase 3: Marketing material to further expand the branding concept.
